­­The notifications are sent from the Ziosk tablet to JTECH’s CloudAlert (a cloud-based data service) to a JTECH wearable device. All this happens within seconds allowing the restaurant staff to act instantly.

Ted’s Café Escondido in Edmond, Oklahoma was among the first restaurants to add JTECH to their Ziosk Pay-At-The-Table system. “Receiving alerts when one of our Ziosk tablets is low on paper allows us to replenish it before our guests pay and the check is closed out.
