Global payment technology leader and MPOS pioneer, Miura Systems (“Miura”), announces the certification of its M-series payment terminals running its Secure Payment Application (SPA) suite with TSYS, a Global Payments company. Miura’s SPA solution can be used for fixed and mobile payment acceptance for customer interactions inside, outside, tableside, curbside, in a drive-thru, on the road, or at a kiosk.
ISVs (independent software vendors), system integrators, gateways, ISOs and other resellers who route transactions through TSYS can now deploy the M021 full-function payment terminal and the M010 MPOS device to meet the specific needs of vertical segments and merchants, scaling from SMBs to large enterprises.
Miura’s smart and simple API supports rapid integration with on-site or cloud-based POS systems running on tablets, mobile handsets, and conventional PCs. Semi-integrated connectivity combined with point-to-point encryption (P2PE) isolates the POS application from secure payment data, reducing the time, labor, and costs associated with PCI compliance. The semi-integrated software can reside on the Miura device, or as a secure module within a POS solution. It can also operate as a stand-alone terminal application. Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems are supported, and connectivity is provided via options including USB, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
